Welcome to the Hollenbaugh family web site. I'm still trying to decide what to put on these pages. Right now we just have automatically generated html picture pages of our kids. This page and the opening page were written from scratch and rely on javascript for the little effects you notice.
For now here's the quick thumbnail on what's going on with our Family:
Reagan
He is nineteen months old. He's our most sensitive child. He wants to be with us most of the time. He is afraid of amusement park rides, and even the stupid little rides in front of K-mart. He crys when his sister touches him the wrong way (sometimes "the wrong way" is pushing him over, other times it's barely touching his head). He has this weird habit of banging his head on the wall or floor when he gets really mad. The positive side of all this is that he is usually very calm. Unlike other kids his age, he doesn't feel the need to run off or be discontent. He also is very gentle and loving with his baby sister. Oh one last thing, he loves to throw balls, especially soft toy baseballs and my full sized football. He has even started swinging a bat when you pitch a ball to him.

Rachel
Rachel is 3-1/2 years old. She is full of energy and extremely independant. After three years of being pretty much replaceable to her, we are finally glad to see that she occasionally misses us when we go out. Rachel asks almost every night if she can sleep in "daddy's bed", and we let her get away with it way too much I'm sure...but you should see her pitiful face as she's asking!!! Anyway, one more thing that makes Rachel unique is how soundly she sleeps. It's unbelievable. You could easily go into her room and do anything...she does not wake up. It's going to be very interesting when it's time to get her up for school. Seriously I can't describe to you how soundly this child sleeps. She has a smile you can read by and she knows how and when to use it. And she is generally a very happy kid. We probably should put up a page of Rachelisms...as you might know kids at this age say some pretty funny things and she is certainly no exeception!
Curt
I am working at Spectra Marketing in Lancaster PA. For some reason they do not want links to their site on personal web pages, so if you want to learn more about Spectra, you'll have to look us up using a standard seach engine. Although, I'd rather be spending time with my family, this is a great company to work for. Most of my job includes coding in C or Java; unfortunately, I occasionally have to write a little SAS code too. Although, I must admit that can be fun too: it's very challenging to make it work. Aside from this, I manage the A/V systems at our church and serve on the chuch board. I'm playing softball for church and work. Usually I have two games a week.
Well, that's our life in nutshell. Right now we are in the process of looking for a house. We're currently renting a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhouse, and it's getting a little crowded. We'd sort of like something with 4-5 bedrooms, a full basement, at least a 1/2 acre lot. So if you know of something for sale in the Lancaster, PA. area, let me know!
